The Thing.. what is it?

You may have seen dozens of billboards for this roadside attraction traveling east on the 10. It’s located at Exit 322 on a hilltop between Benson and Willcox in Dragoon,  Arizona. It’s kind of hard to miss, seeing as how there is only sand and dirt traveling that way on the 10.

It costs a buck to get into, but it may take you more than once to figure out what The Thing? actually is. Hopefully it doesn’t take you 99 returns, but hey- helping out small businesses doesn’t hurt!

The California Hands-Free Cell Phone Law (or the BlueTooth Business Booster Act of 2008 ) goes into effect affect effect today! We here at 200 Tacos — and by we, I mean me — couldn’t be happier! Why? Because it gives us another rule to rebel against! The good news is that the first offense is cheap! Dirt cheap!

From the California DMV site:

Q: What are the fines(s) if I’m convicted?
A: The base fine for the FIRST offense is $20 and $50 for subsequent convictions. With the addition of penalty assessments, the fines can be more than triple the base fine amount.

I mean, for $100 we could have like 2 to 5 first offenses! Right? RIGHT?! Then again, for the same money, I spose you could get a couple headsets and be on your merry way … but … what’s the fun in that?

100 DVD Rentals

Ever venture out into Santa Ana???? No?  Well , for good reasons I assume… but don’t be fooled by the TJ looking potholes or the gangstas rolling in their Escalades down the street.  Santa Ana has a lot to offer a “G”!

What does the SA have to offer???   Well, how often do you run across a video rental place that rents DVDs, including adult videos, for only one dollar?  Video One mang!

With 100 bucks you can for sure make off with Gangsta Crossing, Sangre de Cholo, Gangsta fights caught on tape, and maybe even a movie like  A lot like love. The selections are to die for.  Be sure to check out the “Managers Favorites” section; I am almost positive that you will find something educational among Ninja Fighters, The mind of Carlos Mencia, and The Simpsons Season 2.

Anyway, please be sure to compliment the chola behind the counter on her lovely attitude (not), her happy looking eye brows and her crunchy, hair spray coated, semi curly hair.

Now don’t say we didn’t let you in on the secret…the SA is the place to be!
